My design manufactory near Cologne, Germany
As a designer and artist, I have a soft spot for fabrics, textures and haptics. I love combining different patterns and colors in unusual ways.
Each of my cushions is a small work of art, designed and made with great attention to detail.
With AN-NA Design I have fulfilled a dream. This is where design meets art.

My cushions
My cushions are made in a rural area near Cologne, within a radius of 35 km. AN-NA Design is regional, sustainable, decelerated.
“Made in Germany” is an important part of my corporate philosophy.

AN-NA Design offers individual designer cushions as unique pieces or as limited editions (small series up to a maximum of 100 pieces per design). Each cushion receives a certificate.

Outstanding features . ..
… of the cushions are the special colors, the high quality, the concept of unique pieces and small series, which is unique in Germany.

Origin of the materials:
I source most of my fabrics and ingredients from suppliers in Germany, and to a lesser extent from manufacturers in the EU.
The cushion inlets on offer are manufactured in Germany. The packaging material also comes from Germany. As far as possible, I use environmentally friendly packaging from the certified supplier Biobiene.

About the color of my cushions:
Strong colors have a proven positive effect on the human psyche: stimulating or calming, depending on the color scheme.
You can use these effects specifically for your home or practice rooms.

Home accessories, cushions and wall designs in strong colors change the mood of living rooms and bedrooms in a positive way.

Wall design
I have developed wall designs to match the colors of my cushions: Colorful pictures that are printed on canvas and offered in the store. The print and canvas are lightfast and of high quality. Production also takes place in Germany.
The wall design shows excerpts from my abstract paintings in which I combine gouache and watercolors with printing techniques. Different sections of an image can be combined into series.

It is also possible – on request – to enlarge the pictures to wall size or to print them as gallery frames.

The wall design is suitable for private living spaces, but also for public spaces such as hotels, restaurants, offices, surgeries and law firms.

The effect of colors on the psyche:
As a designer, artist and art therapist, the effect of colors on the human psyche was an important part of my training. The special colorfulness of my cushions is also an expression of my penchant for combining colors, patterns and materials.
